Cancellations In the event a cancellation of your reservation is necessary, a refund of deposit, less the 10% processing fee, will be made if the cancellation is made at least ten days prior to scheduled arrival. If the reservation is cancelled less than ten days prior to the scheduled arrival a refund will be made only if an alternative rental is secured. "No Shows" will be billed for full amount of reservation.
